Sortech ballistic separator is the first step to efficient material sorting.
Ballistic separator sorts materials into 3 different fractions:

3D materials - rolling and heavy materials, like hollow bodies, different packages, plastic bottles, stones, wood, cans, and steel sections;

2D materials- flat and light materials, like plastic films, textiles, paper, cardboard and fibers;

Fine fraction - a screened fraction of various sizes can be separated according to paddle perforation.
Sortech ballistic separators is ideal for processing: plastic mixed with paper, films, cans and fine-sized material, as well as for municipal solid waste, commercial and industrial waste.

Disc-Star Screen

Separation way.
As materials pass through the stars screen, materials is strongly shaken up and down, until it is separated into 2 fractions:

small sized materials falls down through the spaces between discs/stars;
-
big sized material goes forward over the surface of disc/star screen.

Aeraulic Windshifter Separator
Sortech Aeraulic Windshifter guarantees high separation efficiency by sorting material in base of density or shape, e.g. light fraction (dust, foils, plastics, paper, films, and similar) from a heavy fraction (glass, metals, and similar).

Windshifter is composed of: conveyor belt, rotating frontal drum, air blowing system, internal splitters and deflectors for air flux adjusting, closed air circuit without any atmosphere emission.
